A Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o<\/a> publicou um decreto onde libera o funcionamento presencial de com\u00e9rcios e restaurantes<\/strong>. Mas a capacidade permitida para ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de 50%. E essa medida vai em dire\u00e7\u00e3o contr\u00e1ria ao Plano S\u00e3o Paulo, j\u00e1 que na fase emergencial, estes estabelecimentos s\u00f3 poderiam funcionar por atendimento delivery ou drive thru.<\/p>\n

Segundo a prefeitura tamb\u00e9m houve a libera\u00e7\u00e3o do funcionamento de sal\u00f5es de beleza e de \u00e1reas compartilhadas de lazer em condom\u00ednios, incluindo piscinas, quadras e o com\u00e9rcio ambulante das praias. O acesso \u00e0s praias segue restrito \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica individual de esportes.<\/p>\n

O prefeito Felipe Augusto (PSDB) justificou a decis\u00e3o. “O que n\u00f3s temos hoje \u00e9 uma falta de insumos pro caso de intuba\u00e7\u00e3o. O atendimento prim\u00e1rio do coronav\u00edrus para aquelas pessoas que est\u00e3o contaminadas a gente continua fazendo. S\u00f3 que n\u00f3s temos que encontrar um ponto de equil\u00edbrio entre economia e sa\u00fade. N\u00f3s adotamos dois pontos muito importantes. Primeiro que o n\u00famero de furtos aumentou com pessoas que foram identificadas n\u00e3o terem passagem criminal e o segundo \u00e9 que o pedido no n\u00famero de cestas b\u00e1sicas tamb\u00e9m come\u00e7ou a subir e muito”, disse o chefe do executivo.<\/p>\n

O novo decreto foi anunciado depois de uma s\u00e9rie de pronunciamentos da gest\u00e3o\u00a0alegando um colapso na sa\u00fade p\u00fablica local. Na \u00faltima semana, o prefeito Felipe Augusto anunciou que a cidade\u00a0n\u00e3o teria mais como abrigar novos pacientes por Covid-19\u00a0por falta de insumos, como medicamento para intuba\u00e7\u00e3o. Desde ent\u00e3o, moradores precisam aguardar na fila da central de regula\u00e7\u00e3o estadual por uma vaga.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A prefeitura ainda havia informado que n\u00e3o tem mais equipe m\u00e9dica para habilita\u00e7\u00e3o de novos leitos de Covid-19 por falta de m\u00e9dicos e enfermeiros. Em transmiss\u00f5es ao vivo pela p\u00e1gina da prefeitura, o prefeito anunciava o colapso da sa\u00fade com ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas como a\u00a0barreira sanit\u00e1ria com testagem para turistas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mas agora a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal, adotou o atual decreto que descumpre a fase emergencial do governo estadual, adotada por pontos de colapso em regi\u00f5es em todo estado, incluindo a cidade. Atualmente, S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o tem 7,5 mil casos confirmados e 106 pessoas mortas v\u00edtimas da Covid-19.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Em nota a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Regional informou que “as Prefeituras que descumprem o Plano S\u00e3o Paulo s\u00e3o notificadas pelo Governo do Estado, que tamb\u00e9m informa o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para a tomada de provid\u00eancias. Segundo o Poder Judici\u00e1rio, os decretos estaduais de enfrentamento \u00e0 pandemia prevalecem sobre normas editadas pelos munic\u00edpios. Mas as administra\u00e7\u00f5es locais t\u00eam autonomia para ampliar as restri\u00e7\u00f5es, mas n\u00e3o flexibiliz\u00e1-las”.<\/p>\n
