S\u00f3 que o im\u00f3vel estava erguido em \u00e1rea de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa.<\/p>\n<p>A mulher foi abordada e explicou aos policiais e aos fiscais que comprou o local juntamente com seu marido h\u00e1 dois anos e come\u00e7aram a construir para morar e que a cerca de dois meses moravam na resid\u00eancia. Indagada ainda sobre a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da prefeitura para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da obra, nos informou que n\u00e3o possui tal autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Assim o im\u00f3vel come\u00e7ou a ser demolido. Mas por haver pessoas habitando a casa, a demoli\u00e7\u00e3o foi cancelada.
