Ela se apresentou na delegacia depois de ter fugido do local. Ap\u00f3s ficar presa preventivamente na Cadeia P\u00fablica da cidade, foi liberada. Ela alegou ter agido em leg\u00edtima defesa.<\/p>\n<p>A Delegacia Sede de S\u00e3o Vicente segue investigando o caso e foi liberada, segundo contou o advogado Ronaldo Evangelista. No entanto vai seguir respondendo o processo. O crime ocorreu na manh\u00e3 de 4 de maio, em uma casa localizada no bairro Japu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A filha da investigada contou \u00e0 pol\u00edcia que saiu para comprar p\u00e3o e deixou o casal discutindo em casa. Quando retornou, cerca de 10 minutos depois, encontrou a m\u00e3e gritando no quarto e apontando para Ademir, que estava baleado no ch\u00e3o. A mulher afirmou \u00e0 filha que &#8220;n\u00e3o queria ter feito aquilo&#8221;. Ela chegou a acionar o socorro e fugiu em seguida.<\/p>\n<h3>O relato do crime<\/h3>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"5\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"84\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">&#8220;No dia dos fatos, discutimos. Ele pegou a arma para me amea\u00e7ar e foi tudo muito r\u00e1pido. Se eu te disser como consegui pegar a arma da m\u00e3o dele, racionalmente, n\u00e3o consigo explicar. Ele j\u00e1 me amea\u00e7ou outras vezes, mas com martelo, faca e, dessa vez, com a arma. Eu s\u00f3 pensei em me defender. Foi o instinto de salvar a minha vida. Me doeu. Ele era o pai das minhas filhas, vivi muitos anos com ele. Foram dias muito dif\u00edceis para mim&#8221;, conta.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"65\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Durante a discuss\u00e3o, ela diz que o marido apontou a arma contra ela, e ela tentou retirar a arma da m\u00e3o dele. De acordo com o relato, ela conseguiu pegar o objeto, e o esposo continuou indo para cima dela, tentando recuperar a arma. A mulher afirma que o marido tinha problemas com drogas e que fugiu ap\u00f3s o crime porque n\u00e3o sabia como agir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"73\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">&#8220;Eu sabia que se ele pegasse a arma, era eu quem morreria. Eu s\u00f3 pensava em segurar a arma para ningu\u00e9m se machucar. O primeiro tiro nem vi que o atingiu, porque ele continuou vindo para cima de mim. \u00c9 duro voc\u00ea optar por viver e se defender, e ainda poder pagar por isso. Quando fugi, tinha a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de me apresentar, mas, ao mesmo tempo, tinha medo de deixar minhas filhas&#8221;, diz.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O advogado de defesa relata que orientou a esposa do PM aposentado sobre a import\u00e2ncia de se apresentar \u00e0 pol\u00edcia, relatar tudo que j\u00e1 viveu e que agiu para se defender. &#8220;Compareci com ela \u00e0 delegacia. Anexamos todos os boletins j\u00e1 registrados por viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica ao processo e acompanharei o andamento com o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e a Justi\u00e7a&#8221;, diz.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">&#8220;Registrei oito boletins de ocorr\u00eancia contra ele.
