Ele agrediu a procuradora-geral de <a href=\"https:\/\/registro.sp.gov.br\/\">Registro<\/a>, Gabriela Samadello Monteiro de Barros, de 39 anos.<\/p>\n<p>A senten\u00e7a foi publicada nessa ter\u00e7a-feira (28) ap\u00f3s decis\u00e3o do\u00a0juiz Raphael Ernane Neves, da 1\u00aa Vara de Registro. <span class=\"highlight highlighted\">O acusado recebeu o prazo de 10 dias para apresentar sua defesa pr\u00e9via.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Segundo o documento, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico retratou a ocorr\u00eancia como &#8220;evidente intento homicida&#8221;, ou seja, Dem\u00e9trius tentou matar a procuradora-geral do munic\u00edpio, Gabriela Samadello Monteiro de Barros.
