A greve continua, mas a categoria acatou a decis\u00e3o do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT) e vai<strong> voltar a circular com 70% da frota em hor\u00e1rios de pico<\/strong>. J\u00e1 no restante, a frota deve ser de 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme a liminar, os 70% dos ve\u00edculos devem circular das 6h \u00e0s 9h e das 16h \u00e0s 19h. J\u00e1 nos demais per\u00edodos, a frota deve ser de 50%. Pare do servi\u00e7o j\u00e1 foi retomada neste domingo (3).<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rodovi\u00e1rios de Santos e Regi\u00e3o, a liminar do TRT foi recebida e assim, no s\u00e1bado (2) houve uma assembleia. A categoria decidiu seguir a determina\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, a greve passou de geral para parcial e parte dos motoristas voltou a trabalhar neste domingo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"4\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"64\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Segundo o Sindicato, antes da greve, a concession\u00e1ria operava com 20% da frota, pois dava 40 folgas di\u00e1rias aos funcion\u00e1rios. \u201cIsso caracteriza o desrespeito ao contrato revogado pela prefeitura\u201d, afirmou o sindicato, em nota. A porcentagem dos ve\u00edculos que voltou a circular foi baseada no n\u00famero que estava operando antes da greve. Com isso, cerca de 15 \u00f4nibus est\u00e3o de volta \u00e0s ruas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"46\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Al\u00e9m disso, o sindicato informou tamb\u00e9m que na segunda-feira (4) a tarde deve acontecer uma audi\u00eancia de instru\u00e7\u00e3o e concilia\u00e7\u00e3o no TRT, em S\u00e3o Paulo. Ap\u00f3s a reuni\u00e3o, os motoristas e demais empregados da companhia participam de uma assembleia para decidir se a greve parcial continua ou n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3 data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\">Contrato rescindido<\/h3>\n<p>De acordo com o Boletim Oficial do Munic\u00edpio na sexta-feira (1), o prefeito Kayo Amado (PODE) assinou o decreto n\u00ba 5871, determinando a rescis\u00e3o de contrato com a Ontratur. O documento tamb\u00e9m exige que os servi\u00e7os sejam mantidos por 30 dias. Dessa forma, vai\u00a0garantir que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o fique sem o transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"58\" data-block-id=\"11\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O\u00a0processo de rescis\u00e3o de contrato foi anunciado em live pelo prefeito, ao t\u00e9rmino da sess\u00e3o especial para presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas na C\u00e2mara Municipal, na sexta-feira. Segundo a prefeitura, a rescis\u00e3o ocorre diante de todas as viola\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais identificadas em dilig\u00eancia\u00a0realizada pelo Departamento de Tr\u00e2nsito da Secretaria de Defesa e Ordem Social (Sedos) na sede da empresa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"46\" data-block-id=\"12\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente informou que notificar\u00e1 o sindicato da categoria para assegurar contingentes de trabalhadores necess\u00e1rios para a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de 100% da frota da concession\u00e1ria no hor\u00e1rio de pico, das 6h \u00e0s 9h e das 16h \u00e0s 19h.
