A partir desta\u00a0segunda-feira (4), os trabalhadores, aposentados e pensionistas que forem \u00e0s ag\u00eancias do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS)\u00a0ter\u00e3o novas regras de atendimento.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o INSS, as mudan\u00e7as abrangem hor\u00e1rios de abertura ao p\u00fablico, tipo de agendamento, o direito a acompanhante, a entrega de documentos e a validade de carteiras de identidade antigas.<\/p>\n

As ag\u00eancias dever\u00e3o funcionar por 12 horas di\u00e1rias, com o hor\u00e1rio de abertura fixado entre as 6h30 e as 10h.<\/p>\n

No entanto, o hor\u00e1rio de atendimento ao p\u00fablico em geral dever\u00e1 come\u00e7ar entre as 7h e as 8h, funcionando por seis horas di\u00e1rias ininterruptas.<\/p>\n

O hor\u00e1rio da tarde ser\u00e1 dedicado a per\u00edcias m\u00e9dicas agendadas e a outros atendimentos internos.<\/p>\n
