A rejei\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita pelo juiz Raphael Ernane Neves nessa segunda-feira (4).<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o documento, o pedido apresentado pela defesa de Dem\u00e9trius solicitava ainda que o r\u00e9u, por ser advogado inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB), fosse mantido preso em uma sala do estado maior [sem grades ou portas fechadas], em pris\u00e3o domiciliar. Mas tamb\u00e9m ele poderia ser encaminhado a um hospital ou cl\u00ednica psiqui\u00e1trica. Dem\u00e9trius foi encontrado e preso no \u00faltimo dia 23 de junho.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a decis\u00e3o, foi pontuado que o procurador solicitou o sigilo dos documentos legais do processo.
