O prefeito de S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a>, Kayo Amado (PODE) tomou a iniciativa de combater a propaganda em postes, que \u00e9 irregular. Um v\u00eddeo publicado nas redes sociais mostra o chefe do Executivo removendo os cartazes e alegou que andar\u00e1 com alicates para remover cartazes irregulares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Kayo aproveitou para pedir que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o vicentina tamb\u00e9m fa\u00e7a o mesmo. \u201cAgora tem que andar com alicate na rua para tirar essas porcarias<\/span>, que\u00a0ficam emporcalhando a cidade<\/span>. A gente j\u00e1 deu multa e os caras seguem colocando\u201d, disse Amado, enquanto retirava um cartaz da empresa Maxim, operadora de transporte por aplicativo. “Aqui n\u00e3o, c….!<\/span>\u201d, complementou.<\/p>\n

O v\u00eddeo intitulado: \u201cS\u00e3o Vicente n\u00e3o \u00e9 bagun\u00e7a\u201d<\/span> tem pouco mais de um minuto. Ele mostra a a\u00e7\u00e3o do chefe do Executivo diante das placas colocadas nos postes. \u201c\u00c9 o seguinte, irm\u00e3o: os caras ficam emporcalhando a cidade e vamos come\u00e7ar a tirar”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Estou andando com um alicate na mala<\/span> para tirar os arames que ficam prendendo em todos os postes da cidade. \u00c9 humanamente imposs\u00edvel pedir ao nosso pessoal de rua ficar parando o servi\u00e7o para ficar tirando esse tipo de material\u201d, disse Kayo Amado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cMulta? J\u00e1 demos. Se eles querem achar que v\u00e3o ficar botando em todos os postes,\u00a0a gente \u201cvai pra cima (sic)<\/span>\u201d, complementou o prefeito.<\/p>\n

Prefeitura responde<\/h3>\n

A Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Vicente respondeu, por meio de nota, que em abril, realizou uma for\u00e7a-tarefa entre os dias 18 e 23 de abril, em conjunto com as Secretarias de Defesa e Ordem Social (Sedos) e a Secretaria de Com\u00e9rcio (Secom), com o objetivo de recolher placas e banners instalados irregularmente pela empresa Maxim, operadora de transporte por aplicativo.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Secretaria de Com\u00e9rcio, \u201ca explora\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos para propaganda e publicidade depende de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via do \u00f3rg\u00e3o municipal, regulamentado pela Lei 1745\/77. Em raz\u00e3o do descumprimento da lei pela empresa, foi aplicada multa de R$ 44 mil [\u00e0 Maxim]\u201d.<\/p>\n

A empresa Maxim, por enquanto, n\u00e3o se manifestou sobre o assunto.<\/p>\n
