Al\u00e9m disso, os processos de despejo iniciados desde 20 de mar\u00e7o de 2020 est\u00e3o suspensos, incluindo medidas preparat\u00f3rias ou negocia\u00e7\u00f5es. Agora os Senadores devem apreciar o <a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Projeto_de_lei\">PL<\/a>. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1410106&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O projeto, dos deputados Andr\u00e9 Janones (Avante-MG), Nat\u00e1lia Bonavides (PT-RN) e Professora Rosa Neide (PT-MT), visa preservar pessoas economicamente vulner\u00e1veis em um per\u00edodo de crise econ\u00f4mica. \u201c A iniciativa protege os mais vulner\u00e1veis, aqueles que passam fome e ainda t\u00eam de arranjar dinheiro para pagar o aluguel\u201d, disse Nat\u00e1lia Bonavides.<\/p>\n<p>Andr\u00e9 Janones lembrou que o PL contribui com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas de isolamento social em um per\u00edodo de pandemia. \u201cO texto apenas ajuda as pessoas a cumprir as medidas de isolamento. Sendo assim, garante o direito b\u00e1sico de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da vida e dando seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica nesse per\u00edodo de pandemia\u201d, afirmou o deputado.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o projeto, o Judici\u00e1rio s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 promover audi\u00eancia de media\u00e7\u00e3o entre as partes a partir de janeiro do ano que vem. At\u00e9 l\u00e1, os processos de despejo, remo\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada e reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o de posse ficam parados.<\/p>\n<p>No caso de im\u00f3veis urbanos alugados, a suspens\u00e3o prevista no projeto s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 aplicada se o locat\u00e1rio provar que as medidas de enfrentamento \u00e0 pandemia provocaram queda nos rendimentos. Assim, o decr\u00e9scimo econ\u00f4mico na renda familiar deve inviabilizar o pagamento do aluguel e demais despesas sem preju\u00edzo da subsist\u00eancia familiar.
