Cerca de 1% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira sofre de aneurismas cerebrais – dilata\u00e7\u00f5es das art\u00e9rias cerebrais que formam esp\u00e9cies de bolhas que, quando rompidas, causam o Acidente Vascular Cerebral hemorr\u00e1gico (AVCh).<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Neurorradiologista, Renato Tosello, o diagn\u00f3stico precoce \u00e9 importante.<\/p>\n

“O problema \u00e9 que o diagn\u00f3stico n\u00e3o \u00e9 realizado em massa”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Segundo ele, todas as pessoas deveriam passar, em suas rotinas m\u00e9dicas, por uma angiorresson\u00e2ncia magn\u00e9tica ou uma angiotomografia, exames relativamente simples e que detectam a presen\u00e7a de aneurismas.<\/p>\n

\u201cO neurologista costuma solicitar o exame a quem faz parte do grupo de risco mas, cada vez mais, percebemos que todas as pessoas deveriam passar pelo check-up neurol\u00f3gico\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Segundo o Dr. Tosello, fazem parte do grupo de risco para aneurisma cerebral as pessoas que t\u00eam hist\u00f3rico de AVC na fam\u00edlia (ou de aneurisma), fumantes, hipertensos, obesos, diab\u00e9ticos e mulheres na menopausa.<\/p>\n

Diagn\u00f3stico<\/h2>\n

Os diagn\u00f3sticos precoces do aneurisma cerebral s\u00e3o poucos porque, justamente, n\u00e3o existe uma recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica para um check-up neurol\u00f3gico preventivo.<\/p>\n
