Victoria Nobre Fernandes, moradora do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.guaruja.sp.gov.br\/\">Guaruj\u00e1<\/a>, Litoral de S\u00e3o Paulo, fez um apelo para alertar sobre o problema que ela vive: a <strong>S\u00edndrome de Tourette<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o relato dela, a doen\u00e7a \u00e9 neuropsiqui\u00e1trica e faz com que o corpo se mova de maneira inadequada e tamb\u00e9m gere problemas na fala. No depoimento, a adolescente explica o que \u00e9 a S\u00edndrome de Tourette e faz um apelo para que todas as pessoas que sofrem disto, tratem de buscar ajuda m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n<p>No caso de Victoria, a m\u00e3e, Lucineide Nobre Bispo, de 57 anos, j\u00e1 se mobiliza e conta com a ajuda de psic\u00f3logos, psiquiatras e neurologistas para o enfrentamento da doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>A S\u00edndrome de Tourette se caracteriza pela emiss\u00e3o involunt\u00e1ria de sons, palavras, xingamentos, gestos e tiques. Especialistas dizem que os sintomas acabam agravando a situa\u00e7\u00e3o do <span class=\"highlight highlighted\">isolamento social, mudan\u00e7a de humor e, consequentemente, pensamentos negativos<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>O que \u00e9 a doen\u00e7a?<\/h3>\n<p>A s\u00edndrome se caracteriza por \u201ctiques motores, gritos inarticulados, acompanhados de palavras articuladas, com ecolalia [repeti\u00e7\u00e3o de palavras] e coprolalia [uso de palavras obscenas]\u201d.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"25\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">Victoria conta que\u00a0<\/span>trabalha com uma equipe de profissionais que d\u00e3o o apoio e instru\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para se manter firme e focada no tratamento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Outras comorbidades acompanham a s\u00edndrome de Tourette, como a ansiedade exagerada, estresse podem tamb\u00e9m ser outras defini\u00e7\u00f5es. Os tiques motores, de acordo com ele, envolvem\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">encolhimento do ombro, piscar, fazer careta, produzir sons como gritos, pigarro ou fungada, por exemplo<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 s\u00e3o tiques frequentes e mais brandos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"31\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<blockquote class=\"content-blockquote theme-border-color-primary-before\"><p>\u201cN\u00e3o gosto de viver com ela (s\u00edndrome) porque ela me atrapalha bastante no dia a dia, mas n\u00e3o vou tentar mais me machucar e estou fazendo acompanhamento psiqui\u00e1trico\u201d, disse a jovem.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>Para este tipo de doen\u00e7a, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 u<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">m acompanhamento adequado, reverter o quadro e fazer com que a pessoa aprenda a conviver com a patologia<\/span>. No entanto, al\u00e9m dos profissionais da sa\u00fade, os pais, familiares, professores, diretores e alunos das escolas tamb\u00e9m devem estar conscientes e dando o apoio aos adolescentes que possam ter a s\u00edndrome.<\/p>\n<p>Os primeiros sinais da S\u00edndrome de Tourette s\u00e3o a irrita\u00e7\u00e3o, tristeza, afastamento dos amigos, de momentos de lazer, queda no desempenho no trabalho, na escola e desaten\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto mostra que algo n\u00e3o vai bem.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da psicoterapia, hoje h\u00e1 medicamento que possa cuidar da S\u00edndrome de Tourette. Ela \u00e9 espec\u00edfica e pode cuidar muito bem dos tiques.
