Ele \u00e9 acusado de agredir e espancar a procuradora-geral de Registro, Gabriela Monteiro de Barros no \u00faltimo dia 20 de junho.<\/p>\n<p>Um laudo elaborado pelo psiquiatra forense Guido Palomba concluiu que Dem\u00e9trius Oliveira de Macedo, de 34 anos, <span class=\"highlight highlighted\">tem esquizofrenia paranoide. Ou seja, ele sofre de alucina\u00e7\u00f5es e precisa ser internado em um local prop\u00edcio e n\u00e3o permanecer em unidade prisional<\/span>. O documento foi contratado pela defesa do r\u00e9u.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"48\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Com base no parecer, o advogado de Dem\u00e9trius, Marco Ant\u00f4nio Modesto, pediu em 29 de agosto que <span class=\"highlight highlighted\">o juiz substitu\u00edsse a pris\u00e3o preventiva pela interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria<\/span> em hospital psiqui\u00e1trico particular de indica\u00e7\u00e3o da fam\u00edlia, ou que fosse encaminhado a hospital de cust\u00f3dia e tratamento psiqui\u00e1trico do Estado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"54\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Ao negar o pedido, o juiz Raphael Ernane Neves citou a &#8220;necessidade de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da per\u00edcia oficial e de colheita do parecer do assistente m\u00e9dico da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;.
