Tamb\u00e9m pode ser preso quem descumprir o salvo-conduto dos candidatos.<\/p>\n<p>A regra que veda a pris\u00e3o de candidatos nos 15 dias antes das elei\u00e7\u00f5es vale tamb\u00e9m para fiscais eleitorais, mes\u00e1rios e delegados de partidos.<\/p>\n<p>A norma tamb\u00e9m se aplica a eleitores, por\u00e9m, com intervalo menor, de cinco dias antes at\u00e9 48 horas ap\u00f3s o pleito.<\/p>\n<p>A norma e as exce\u00e7\u00f5es constam do Artigo 236 do C\u00f3digo Eleitoral (Lei 4.737\/1965).
