O pedido da OAB-SP foi encaminhado ao juiz da 1\u00aa Vara do Foro de Registro, no entanto, a Justi\u00e7a ainda n\u00e3o se manifestou sobre o caso.<\/p>\n<p>No pedido ao juiz, a OAB-SP disse que Dem\u00e9trius est\u00e1 inscrito no quadro de advogados desde 28 de janeiro de 2011. A entidade informou que, embora ele tenha sido punido e impedido de exercer a profiss\u00e3o, a puni\u00e7\u00e3o foi tempor\u00e1ria e terminou em 25 de outubro.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a OAB-SP, portanto, Dem\u00e9trius ostenta a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de advogado regularmente inscrito perante a Ordem e faz jus a todas as prerrogativas asseguradas ao exerc\u00edcio da fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h4>Defesa tenta evitar transfer\u00eancia<\/h4>\n<p>A defesa de Gabriela Samadello Monteiro de Barros e o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (MP-SP) tentam evitar que o agressor seja transferido para uma sala separada.<\/p>\n<div id=\"chunk-elh3g\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"43\" data-block-id=\"14\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Eles pediram que a OAB-SP fosse intimada e se posicionasse sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Dem\u00e9trius no \u00f3rg\u00e3o &#8211; n\u00e3o se sabia, at\u00e9 o posicionamento da entidade, se ele estava com a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o suspensa, o que indeferiria a transfer\u00eancia para uma sala especial.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-4t4na\">\n<h4 class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"64\" data-block-id=\"15\">Relembre o caso<\/h4>\n<p>A procuradora-geral do munic\u00edpio de Registro, no interior de S\u00e3o Paulo, foi agredida pelo colega dentro da prefeitura, onde os dois trabalhavam. Gabriela Samadello Monteiro de Barro ficou com o rosto ensanguentado ap\u00f3s levar socos e pontap\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dem\u00e9trius Oliveira Macedo, procurador que espancou sua chefe, foi preso dias depois, na manh\u00e3 de 23 de junho, em S\u00e3o Paulo.
