Um homem foi preso acusado de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o ao andar com uma moto furtada<\/strong> em S\u00e3o Vicente. O propriet\u00e1rio foi acionado e o ve\u00edculo foi devolvido.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Militar, a equipe do 2\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o de A\u00e7\u00f5es Especiais de Pol\u00edcia (BAEP) realizava patrulhamento pela Vila Margarida, quando encontraram um homem que abastecia uma motocicleta com um gal\u00e3o. Ao perceber a chegada dos policiais, ele tentou empreender fuga, mas foi alcan\u00e7ado e abordado.<\/p>\n

Nada de il\u00edcito foi encontrado com ele, s\u00f3 que na consulta sobre a moto, foi constatado que o ve\u00edculo era produto de um furto ocorrido em Santos. O furto aconteceu em outubro deste ano. Assim, o homem e a moto foram levados \u00e0 Delegacia Sede de S\u00e3o Vicente, onde ele permaneceu \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a pelo crime de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 a moto foi apreendida para destina\u00e7\u00e3o ao propriet\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
