Um homem acusado de praticar viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil em Bertioga na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (22).<\/p>\n

De acordo com policiais da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Bertioga, o homem de 34 anos estava na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de procurado da justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Contra ele, havia um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pelo foro da Comarca de S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Foro Regional Santana, pela pr\u00e1tica de crimes de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, amea\u00e7a, disparo de arma de fogo e descumprimento de medida protetiva contra sua companheira. Os crimes ocorriam na resid\u00eancia do casal, na capital.<\/p>\n

Ele foi capturado e retirado do conv\u00edvio da v\u00edtima, cessando a viol\u00eancia. Ap\u00f3s os registros de praxe, o homem foi encaminhado ao Sistema Penitenci\u00e1rio. Dilig\u00eancias no combate a viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica continuam.<\/p>\n
