Em Itanha\u00e9m, no bairro Parque Vergara, um c\u00e3o foi espancado e v\u00edtima de maus tratos, por um morador e vizinho do tutor Jo\u00e3o V\u00edtor Couto da Silva, na noite de quarta-feira (23)<\/p>\n

O pr\u00f3prio tutor do animal denunciou os maus tratos que o animal sofria para o programa de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem Estar Animal. Willian Ramos, diretor do departamento de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Bem Estar Animal, explica que, segundo o tutor do animal, que mora em frente a uma suposta cl\u00ednica, o c\u00e3o fugiu para esse local, onde tem algumas pessoas morando e criam galinhas no quintal.<\/p>\n

“Ao receber a den\u00fancia, orientei ele afazer um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia na delegacia. Fomos ao local e apuramos todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e abrimos um processo administrativo na prefeitura”, conta Ramos.<\/p>\n

O estado do c\u00e3o \u00e9 muito grave e, talvez, ele possa ficar cego das duas vistas, devido \u00e0s agress\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Ramos tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 encaminhou o processo \u00e0 delegacia de pol\u00edcia civil, que ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel em investigar o que realmente ocorreu e punir o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n
