A Pol\u00edcia de Praia Grande prendeu um homem acusado de cometer uma s\u00e9rie de agress\u00f5es e homofobia<\/strong> em um instituto de beleza na cidade. Ele cometeu crimes de dano, inj\u00faria, amea\u00e7a e les\u00e3o corporal no atentado contra um cabeleireiro da escola de beleza. Os policiais descobriram que ele j\u00e1 respondia a pelo menos outros 10 processos em liberdade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A v\u00edtima das agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e verbais foi o coordenador pedag\u00f3gico do Instituto, Vitor Hugo de Oliveira. Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, ele contou que o agressor entrou no instituto perguntando se poderia cortar o cabelo da uma mulher, mas ela n\u00e3o tinha hor\u00e1rio. Foi feito um pedido para que o agressor verificasse a disponibilidade de cortar o cabelo com Vitor.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s citar a palavra ‘senhor’, ele j\u00e1 surtou e o suspeito alegou que ‘senhor’ \u00e9 uma palavra muito feia e deu um soco no queixo. Na sequ\u00eancia, o coordenador do instituto pediu que o agressor se retirasse do local, o que n\u00e3o aconteceu. Ainda segundo a v\u00edtima. o homem disse que, se a pol\u00edcia fosse acionada, ele voltaria ao local para matar o coordenador do instituto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, V\u00edtor conta ainda que o agressor pegou uma vassoura, come\u00e7ou a quebrar os espelhos, depois continuou “o quebra quebra” utilizando o pedestal de uma lousa. Em meio \u00e0s agress\u00f5es, ele tamb\u00e9m deu uma vassourada em Vitor, que ressalta que tamb\u00e9m sofreu homofobia por parte do homem.<\/p>\n

De acordo com advogados, o crime de homofobia \u00e9 legalmente colocado como crime de racismo. Assim, o agressor cometeu crime de inj\u00faria racial ao proferir ataques homof\u00f3bicos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
