Internado no Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, em S\u00e3o Paulo, desde a \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (29), o Rei do Futebol n\u00e3o responde mais ao<strong> tratamento quimioter\u00e1pico<\/strong> que vinha fazendo desde setembro do ano passado, quando foi operado de um c\u00e2ncer de intestino. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o da <em>Folha de S. Paulo<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>O eterno Rei do futebol teve met\u00e1stases no intestino, no pulm\u00e3o e no f\u00edgado diagnosticadas no in\u00edcio do ano. Segundo a <em>Folha<\/em>, o ex-craque n\u00e3o responde mais ao tratamento quimioter\u00e1pico\u00a0e segue recebendo cuidados paliativos.<\/p>\n<p>Os cuidados paliativos s\u00e3o feitos em pacientes com doen\u00e7as ou condi\u00e7\u00f5es progressivas e potencialmente mortais, com o intuito de dar conforto e aliviar dores e outros sintomas.<\/p>\n<h3>Entenda:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promover o al\u00edvio da dor e de outros sintomas;<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o acelerar nem adiar a morte;<\/li>\n<li>Oferecer suporte para que o paciente viva t\u00e3o ativamente quanto poss\u00edvel;<\/li>\n<li>Ser iniciado o quanto antes, junto de outras medidas para prolongar a vida;<\/li>\n<li>Afirmar a vida e considerar a morte como um processo natural;<\/li>\n<li>Integrar os aspectos psicol\u00f3gicos e espirituais no cuidado ao paciente;<\/li>\n<li>Melhorar a qualidade de vida e influenciar positivamente o curso de vida;<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliar os familiares durante a doen\u00e7a do paciente e a enfrentar o luto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A equipe de cuidados paliativos \u00e9 composta por diversos profissionais que controlam os sintomas:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Do corpo (m\u00e9dicos e enfermeiros);<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Da mente (psic\u00f3logos e psiquiatras);<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Espirituais (padre, pastor, rabino, entre outros); Sociais (assistentes sociais).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LEIA TAMB\u00c9M<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/2022\/11\/30\/pele-esta-em-quarto-comum-e-tem-quadro-estavel-segundo-boletim-medico\">Pel\u00e9 est\u00e1 em quarto comum e tem quadro est\u00e1vel, segundo boletim m\u00e9dico<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A sa\u00fade de Pel\u00e9, 82 anos, voltou a ficar em estado preocupante.
