Um exame pericial pedido ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (MPSP) ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (TJSP), mostrou que um dos 11 proj\u00e9teis encontrado em Jadielson da Silva Almeida, o MC Primo, executado no dia 19 de abril de 2012, era de uma arma de um policia<\/strong>l militar<\/strong>. A pris\u00e3o preventiva j\u00e1 foi pedida<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201c[Um] exame pericial comprovou que um dos proj\u00e9teis que atingiram a v\u00edtima e que foi retirado de seu corpo foi efetuado pela arma de fogo da Pol\u00edcia Militar do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo […] uma pistola Taurus, calibre .40\u201d, informa o material do MPSP.<\/p>\n

Ainda segundo o documento produzido pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, a “execu\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada por grupo criminoso armado”. No entanto, “apenas um dos criminosos foi identificado, tratando-se de um policial militar”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O agente em quest\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo denunciado ap\u00f3s dez anos do crime. Isto porque s\u00f3 agora, em 2022, a per\u00edcia realizada no proj\u00e9til revelou que o disparo saiu da arma de fogo que estava sob poder dele.<\/p>\n

O documento aponta que, em julho de 2022 o laudo pericial que e examinou a arma de fogo apontou que a pistola poderia ter sido usada para realizar o disparo, mas a per\u00edcia referente aos vest\u00edgios produzidos pelo disparo foi prejudicada por conta do tempo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Entretanto, o exame de confronto bal\u00edstico realizado pelo Centro de An\u00e1lises, Exames e Pesquisas (CEAP), em agosto deste ano, concluiu que \u2018o proj\u00e9til incriminado foi disparado pelo cano da pistola da Marca Taurus\u2019<\/span>, com o mesmo n\u00famero de s\u00e9rie da arma que estava em posse do denunciado<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
