Com card\u00e1pio enxuto, novidades, mesas distanciadas, atendimento a todos os protocolos de higiene e nova equipe de orientadores, o Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Bistr\u00f4 Restaurante-Escola (Largo Marqu\u00eas de Monte Alegre, 2, t\u00e9rreo, Valongo, em Santos<\/a>) reabre nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (8) para atendimento presencial e delivery.<\/p>\n

O funcionamento continua de ter\u00e7a a sexta, das 11h30 \u00e0s 15h, iniciando \u00e0s 12h no s\u00e1bado. \u201c Mas o card\u00e1pio de reabertura segue nossa linha de privilegiar produtos locais, garantindo maior frescor e qualidade\u201d, explicou Michelle Uemura, coordenadora geral do restaurante-escola. Sendo assim, ela cita o prato vegano espaguete de palmito pupunha e legumes, com molho ao sugo e alho crocante, a R$ 29,00. Todos os dias, haver\u00e1 uma sugest\u00e3o do chef J\u00fanior Monteiro, com prato principal, um copo de ch\u00e1 ou limonada e a sobremesa do dia, a R$ 32,90.<\/p>\n

Projeto da Secretaria de Turismo (Setur), o Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Bistr\u00f4 foi idealizado para preparar jovens em risco social para o mercado de trabalho, no ramo de Alimentos &Bebidas. Operacionalizado pela Universidade Cat\u00f3lica, o programa j\u00e1 recebeu 350 jovens desde que foi inaugurado, em junho de 2012, e formou cerca de 200 novos profissionais em 13 turmas. Um total de 78% dos formandos foram inseridos no mercado de trabalho, a maioria (66%) no segmento de Alimentos & Bebidas, e 12% em outras \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n

CARD\u00c1PIO FIXO<\/h4>\n

No card\u00e1pio fixo do sal\u00e3o, a nova entrada \u00e9 a croqueta de carne assada com molho aioli de bacon (R$ 16,90 oito unidades), sucesso em cada apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ao p\u00fablico. Al\u00e9m do mix de folhas, pupunha, beterraba, cenoura ralada, sunomono e tomate cereja (R$ 29,90). Sendo assim, essa salada, em meia por\u00e7\u00e3o, poder\u00e1 acompanhar uma prote\u00edna (fil\u00e9 de peixe ou de frango grelhados ou empanados, fil\u00e9-mignon ou meca grelhados), com pre\u00e7os entre R$ 42,90 e R$ 49,90.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 como pratos individuais, o Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Bistr\u00f4 oferecer\u00e1 frango crocante com risoto de queijo e barbecue de banana; mignon ao glace com risoto de cogumelo e demiglace; Meca Santista, al\u00e9m de frango e fil\u00e9-mignon \u00e0 parmegiana, acompanhados de arroz e fritas. Mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3, h\u00e1 ainda peixe ao bisque com arroz e legumes, costelinha ao barbecue com fritas e onion rings, e risoto de camar\u00f5es sete barbas e rosa grelhado. J\u00e1 os pre\u00e7os variam de R$ 34,90 a R$ 62,90. Abacaxi grelhado com sorvete e calda toffe, mousse de chocolate com caf\u00e9 e picol\u00e9 de banana, petit gateau de chocolate com sorvete de creme e ainda sorvete do dia integram as sobremesas, que custam de R$ 12,90 a R$ 17,90.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/h4>\n

O card\u00e1pio do delivery, entregue pela plataforma IFood, conta com mignon ao glace, Meca Santista, risoto de camar\u00f5es e espaguete de pupunha. Para este prato seguem os mesmos acompanhamentos oferecidos no card\u00e1pio fixo. Os pratos s\u00e3o individuais e variam entre R$ 34,90 e R$ 69,90. Sendo assim, os pratos fam\u00edlia, que servem at\u00e9 tr\u00eas pessoas, t\u00eam como op\u00e7\u00e3o frangos crocante e \u00e0 parmegiana, mignons ao glace e \u00e0 parmegiana. Al\u00e9m de Meca Santista, peixe ao bisque e costelinha ao barbecue, com os acompanhamentos oferecidos nos pratos individuais. Os pre\u00e7os v\u00e3o de R$ 119,90 a R$ 169,90.<\/p>\n

A nutricionista Alane Ribeiro dos Santos passa a atuar como respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnica do Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Bistr\u00f4.
