A v\u00edtima fazia a seguran\u00e7a de uma peixaria em S\u00e3o Vicente, quando houve a tentativa e rea\u00e7\u00e3o ao assalto no \u00faltimo dia 8 de dezembro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O delegado respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, Estevam Gabriel Urso, informou que o homem “est\u00e1 com a pris\u00e3o decretada e encontra-se foragido”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

No dia 14 de dezembro, o suspeito de participar do crime foi detido em flagrante por porte ilegal de arma. Segundo o delegado, durante a audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia, o homem confessou informalmente ter participado do assalto junto com outros dois indiv\u00edduos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“O homem foi liberado ap\u00f3s a audi\u00eancia e a arma que estava com ele apreendida. Com o material em m\u00e3os, n\u00f3s fizemos uma an\u00e1lise e identificamos que a arma era de fato do policia militar baleado, o que torna ele [criminoso] o suspeito de ter atirado.” explica Urso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo a pol\u00edcia, o suspeito tamb\u00e9m tinha passagem por tr\u00e1fico de droga. Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o dele, o delegado acredita identificar os outros indiv\u00edduos. O caso foi registrado Distrito Policial de S\u00e3o Vicente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Um policial militar aposentado, de 66 anos, foi baleado na cabe\u00e7a no Centro de S\u00e3o Vicente. Ele reagiu ao assalto. A v\u00edtima foi socorrida com vida pela PM ao Hospital Municipal de S\u00e3o Vicente, o antigo Crei.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, testemunhas informaram que tr\u00eas criminosos abordaram a v\u00edtima em um com\u00e9rcio na Rua Frei Gaspar e, ao esbo\u00e7ar rea\u00e7\u00e3o, um dos bandidos atirou contra a cabe\u00e7a dela.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Os PMs foram acionados ap\u00f3s o crime e, ao chegarem ao local, encontraram o aposentado ferido no ch\u00e3o ainda consciente, mas em estado de choque.<\/p>\n
