Um empres\u00e1rio foi indiciado pela Justi\u00e7a e teve a pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria decretada<\/strong> sob acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de torturar e agredir at\u00e9 a morte um homem, de 28 anos, que havia furtado parte do toldo do com\u00e9rcio, no bairro Paecar\u00e1, no distrito de Vicente de Carvalho, em Guaruj\u00e1. Ele encontra-se foragido<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil. a v\u00edtima identificada como Roger Eduardo Vieira, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como ‘Roginha’, teria levado parte do todo da loja do suposto agressor junto com outro infrator, que ainda n\u00e3o foi identificado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, ao tomar conhecimento do furto, o propriet\u00e1rio do estabelecimento acessou o sistema de monitoramento e passou a procurar pela dupla. Uma testemunha das agress\u00f5es sofridas por Roger disse aos policiais que o empres\u00e1rio, em companhia de um dos funcion\u00e1rios, foi ao barraco em que a v\u00edtima morava em duas ocasi\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Eles s\u00f3 o encontraram na segunda tentativa, quando o empres\u00e1rio teria mandado o acompanhante amarrar as m\u00e3os de ‘Roginha’ com cordas. Na sequ\u00eancia, come\u00e7aram a dar pauladas na v\u00edtima. Al\u00e9m disso, a testemunha tamb\u00e9m contou que a v\u00edtima foi atingida na regi\u00e3o do tronco pelo empres\u00e1rio e nos membros inferiores pelo funcion\u00e1rio, que ele gritava de dor, pedia desculpas e implorava para n\u00e3o apanhar mais.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, as agress\u00f5es duraram cerca de uma hora e, ao final, ambos fugiram. A testemunha afirmou, ainda, que o empres\u00e1rio teria amea\u00e7ado a v\u00edtima com uma pistola durante as agress\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O delegado representou pela pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do empres\u00e1rio, que foi acatada pela Justi\u00e7a. O suspeito est\u00e1 foragido. Um inqu\u00e9rito policial foi instaurado para apurar o homic\u00eddio qualificado pela pr\u00e1tica de tortura.<\/p>\n
