Uma grande quantidade de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos<\/strong> foi apreendida dentro de uma resid\u00eancia que funcionava como um “com\u00e9rcio” na Aparecida, em Santos. Nessa quarta-feira (18), um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedido pela 6\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca da cidade foi cumprido. O respons\u00e1vel pelos cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos foi levado para a delegacia.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a equipe do 7\u00ba Distrito Policial de Santos foram informados do tr\u00e1fico de drogas e venda do produto no bairro. Ao chegarem a um apartamento localizado na Rua Jurubatuba, um jovem de 22 anos o recebeu e questionado sobre os cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos, ele mostrou onde os produtos eram guardados.<\/p>\n

Em um quarto trancado na resid\u00eancia, foram encontrados 529 cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos, 52 caixas contendo pe\u00e7as para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o destes cigarros e 466 \u00f3leos essenciais. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidas por\u00e7\u00f5es de maconha e haxixe, que o indiv\u00edduo alegou ser para seu consumo pessoal. Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos cigarros, afirmou comercializ\u00e1-los em sua tabacaria virtual.<\/p>\n

Ele foi autuado em flagrante, mas liberado ap\u00f3s o pagamento de fian\u00e7a no valor de R$ 2 mil e responder\u00e1 pelo crime previsto no artigo 278 do C\u00f3digo Penal, al\u00e9m do porte de drogas para consumo pr\u00f3prio.<\/p>\n
