Foi preso um homem, de 46 anos, acusado de espancar e estuprar a ex-mulher<\/strong>, de 34, em Praia Grande. Para piorar ainda mais a covardia, as agress\u00f5es aconteciam enquanto ela estava desacordada por conta dos efeitos de rem\u00e9dios<\/span> antidepressivos e calmantes.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima relatou que o ex-marido, identificado como Ricardo Penna Guerreiro dava socos nela, era agressivo com o filho do casal e j\u00e1 havia a amea\u00e7ado de morte. As amea\u00e7as aconteciam por meio de <\/span>trocas de mensagens de um aplicativo de conversas.<\/p>\n

Segundo a pol\u00edcia, existe uma condena\u00e7\u00e3o a mais de 37 anos por tentativa de homic\u00eddio contra seis pessoas em 2000. Ele estava em liberdade devido a um habeas corpus.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 o advogado de defesa, Eug\u00eanio Malavasi, disse que<\/span> o processo sobre a condena\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o se manifestar\u00e1. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s agress\u00f5es, informou que n\u00e3o teve acesso aos autos, mas que “o acusado se declara inocente e ir\u00e1 provar o alegado no momento oportuno<\/span>“.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o juntou diversas provas do crime<\/span> e, diante do material, o Poder Judici\u00e1rio decretou a pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria<\/span> do suspeito, que foi encontrado no apartamento em que mora, no Canto do Forte, e preso por agentes da Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Praia Grande.<\/p>\n

As agress\u00f5es<\/h3>\n

Os dois come\u00e7aram a se relacionar em 2018 e se casaram no ano seguinte. De acordo com a mulher, ele mostrava um comportamento amoroso, mas depois revelou um comportamento agressivo. At\u00e9 quando ela estava gr\u00e1vida, as agress\u00f5es aconteciam, por\u00e9m o beb\u00ea nasceu com sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Depois disso, a v\u00edtima disse ter sa\u00eddo de casa, mas retornou sob a promessa de que n\u00e3o seria mais agredida. As humilha\u00e7\u00f5es no entanto continuaram. O casamento, segundo ela, estava ‘ladeira abaixo’ e piorou quando o filho nasceu. Ela disse ter sofrido depress\u00e3o p\u00f3s-parto, que foi agravada pela morte da m\u00e3e em 2021. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A v\u00edtima contou ter tentado se separar diante das agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas contra ela e o filho. A mulher at\u00e9 chegou a fugir para o interior, mas Ricardo descobriu e foi atr\u00e1s dela.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo (TJ-SP), em 2000 Ricardo tentou matar seis pessoas em uma choperia em Praia Grande. \u00c0 \u00e9poca com 24 anos, ele teria se desentendido com um grupo composto por seis pessoas e atirado contra elas junto com outro homem armado. Dois se feriram na tentativa de homic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Os disparos foram feitos na Avenida Ayrton Senna da Silva, no bairro Xixov\u00e1, em frente ao shopping. Segundo o documento do TJ-SP os dois atiradores tentaram matar as v\u00edtimas \u201cpor motivo f\u00fatil e utilizando-se de recurso que dificultou a defesa das v\u00edtimas, mediante disparos de arma de fogo\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com a ex-esposa dele, Ricardo chegou a ficar oito meses preso. Em mar\u00e7o de 2019, o caso foi levado a j\u00fari popular, que decidiu pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o de Ricardo. O juiz, ent\u00e3o, deu a senten\u00e7a: \u2018cumprir a pena de 37 anos e 4 meses de reclus\u00e3o, inicialmente em regime fechado\u2019. No enquanto, algo em torno de uma semana ap\u00f3s a condena\u00e7\u00e3o, a defesa do r\u00e9u conseguiu o colocar em liberdade gra\u00e7as a um habeas corpus.<\/p>\n
