Um homem de 51 anos foi detido pela Pol\u00edcia Militar por posse legal de arma de fogo em Barretos nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (2). O suspeito foi denunciado por uma mulher que alegou ter sido impedida de deixar a casa durante uma discuss\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que o marido, que estava bastante alterado, possu\u00eda uma arma de fogo.<\/p>\n

Os policiais foram at\u00e9 o local indicado, onde encontraram uma espingarda desmuniciada em cima do guarda-roupa do quarto. O homem justificou que utilizava a arma para se proteger, j\u00e1 que residia na zona rural, e que havia apenas um cartucho e chumbinhos em sua casa.<\/p>\n

Ele foi levado para o plant\u00e3o policial, autuado em flagrante por posse legal de arma e liberado mediante pagamento de fian\u00e7a de R$ 1.400.<\/p>\n
