O homem foi detido pelos crimes de concuss\u00e3o, quando um agente exige vantagem indevida em raz\u00e3o do cargo, e porte ilegal de arma de fogo.<\/p>\n<p>A pris\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s a v\u00edtima acionar a equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da CPJ, informando que o Oficial de Justi\u00e7a vinha tentando negociar o pagamento de valores para evitar o cumprimento de um suposto mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o de um caminh\u00e3o pertencente ao seu sogro. As tentativas de extors\u00e3o foram relatadas desde a ter\u00e7a-feira (30).<\/p>\n<p>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, durante as conversas com a v\u00edtima, o autor exigiu a quantia de R$ 10.000,00 (dez mil reais) para si, valendo-se de sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o como Oficial de Justi\u00e7a para obter essa vantagem indevida. Para intimidar a v\u00edtima, o suspeito chegou a enviar uma foto de uma arma que possu\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Foi acordado que a entrega do dinheiro aconteceria em um posto de combust\u00edvel no Jardim de Alah. Os policiais chegaram ao local e prenderam o autor em flagrante.<\/p>\n<p>Em posse do Oficial de Justi\u00e7a, foram apreendidos uma pistola Taurus modelo G2C, calibre 9 mm, al\u00e9m de documentos pessoais, carteira funcional, distintivo de Oficial de Justi\u00e7a e um telefone celular.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, o autuado exerce o cargo de &#8220;Oficial de Justi\u00e7a ad-hoc&#8221; na Vara C\u00edvel e Anexo da Comarca de Pinhais, no estado do Paran\u00e1.
