Em sequ\u00eancia, o ministro Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a far\u00e1 a leitura do relat\u00f3rio. O caso foi encaminhado a Fachin ap\u00f3s Mendon\u00e7a relatar supostas conversas entre Moraes e Vorcaro.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio, a Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) ter\u00e1 a oportunidade de se manifestar antes do in\u00edcio da vota\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 confirma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a presen\u00e7a de Alexandre de Moraes na sess\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O plen\u00e1rio conta tamb\u00e9m com os ministros Cristiano Zanin, Fl\u00e1vio Dino, Nunes Marques, Luiz Fux, C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia e Gilmar Mendes.
