A decis\u00e3o foi proferida durante um julgamento em plen\u00e1rio virtual, que reafirmou o entendimento do relator, ministro Alexandre de Moraes.<\/p>\n<p>A condena\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 relacionada a postagens feitas por Eduardo em outubro de 2021, nas quais ele acusou Tabata de atender aos interesses do empres\u00e1rio Jorge Paulo Lehmann, s\u00f3cio de uma marca de produtos de higiene, ao defender um programa de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de absorventes.<\/p>\n<p>O relator acolheu os argumentos da defesa da deputada, afirmando que as declara\u00e7\u00f5es ultrapassaram o debate pol\u00edtico e n\u00e3o podiam ser cobertas pela imunidade parlamentar, por ferirem a honra de Tabata.<\/p>\n<p>Os ministros que acompanharam Moraes na decis\u00e3o foram C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia, Fl\u00e1vio Dino, Cristiano Zanin, Edson Fachin, Gilmar Mendes e Dias Toffoli.
