Essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada nesta segunda-feira (5) pelo Banco Central, por meio do <em>Boletim Focus<\/em>. Este \u00e9 o terceiro aumento consecutivo na estimativa do indicador, que \u00e9 considerado a taxa oficial de infla\u00e7\u00e3o do Brasil.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1704428&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1704428&amp;o=node\" style=\"width:1px; height:1px; display:inline;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Para o ano de 2027, a previs\u00e3o para a infla\u00e7\u00e3o sofreu leve queda, passando de 4,31% para 4,30%. J\u00e1 a proje\u00e7\u00e3o para 2028 permaneceu inalterada em 3,8%.<\/p>\n<h2>PIB: Perspectivas de Crescimento<\/h2>\n<p><strong>No que se refere ao crescimento econ\u00f4mico, a expectativa para o Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) de 2026 foi revisada para baixo, de 1,86% para 1,85%. Para 2027, a estimativa tamb\u00e9m caiu, de 1,41% para 1,40%. A proje\u00e7\u00e3o para 2028 foi ajustada de 1,83% para 1,81%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quanto \u00e0 cota\u00e7\u00e3o do d\u00f3lar, as previs\u00f5es se mantiveram est\u00e1veis, com a expectativa de que a moeda americana feche este ano cotada a R$ 5,20, suba para R$ 5,28 em 2027 e atinja R$ 5,30 em 2028.<\/p>\n<h2>Taxa Selic: Continuidade nas Previs\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p><strong>A expectativa para a taxa b\u00e1sica de juros, a Selic, permanece em 13,5% ao ano ao final de 2026. Para 2027, a previs\u00e3o se mant\u00e9m em 12% e, para 2028, a estimativa \u00e9 de 10,5% ao ano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Selic \u00e9 um dos principais instrumentos do Banco Central no combate \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o. O aumento da taxa visa conter uma demanda aquecida, j\u00e1 que juros mais altos encarecem o cr\u00e9dito e incentivam a poupan\u00e7a, o que reduz a press\u00e3o sobre os pre\u00e7os. Por outro lado, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da Selic busca estimular a atividade econ\u00f4mica, facilitando o acesso ao cr\u00e9dito e incentivando o consumo e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, o que pode, por sua vez, aumentar a press\u00e3o inflacion\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Desde janeiro de 2025, o Brasil adota um sistema de meta cont\u00ednua de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, estabelecida pelo Conselho Monet\u00e1rio Nacional (CMN) em 3%, com um intervalo de toler\u00e2ncia de 1,5 ponto percentual, o que significa que a infla\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 considerada dentro da meta se estiver entre 1,5% e 4,5%.
