Equipe da Guarda Municipal de Severinia, cabou flagrou uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o que resultou com a apreens\u00e3o de um menor pelo crime de Tr\u00e1fico de Drogas.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Guarda Municipal\u00a0o flagrante aconteceu quando em patrulha pelas ruas da cidade, receberam uma den\u00fancia sobre um menor que estaria vendendo\u00a0drogas\u00a0em um famoso\u00a0Bar da cidade. No entanto, com apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar, localizaram e abordaram o rapaz.<\/p>\n

Durante busca pessoal foi localizado com o menor,\u00a002 por\u00e7\u00f5es de maconha,\u00a005 por\u00e7\u00f5es de coca\u00edna\u00a0e\u00a0R$ 340 reais. Desconfiados os\u00a0policiais\u00a0decidiram\u00a0dar uma geral\u00a0<\/em>na resid\u00eancia do garoto.<\/p>\n

Com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para busca no im\u00f3vel, os policiais localizaram mais 08 por\u00e7\u00f5es de coca\u00edna. Assim, ele\u00a0recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o em flagrante, levado para a delegacia de pol\u00edcia. Ap\u00f3s analisar os fatos\u00a0e as\u00a0provas\u00a0a\u00a0autoridade policial\u00a0ratificou a\u00a0apreens\u00e3o\u00a0em flagrante\u00a0de\u00a0P.\u00a0pelo crime de\u00a0Tr\u00e1fico de Drogas.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o registro do\u00a0caso\u00a0o jovem ficou\u00a0apreendido\u00a0e \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Todo o\u00a0material il\u00edcito apreendido pela PM,\u00a0com o\u00a0jovem\u00a0e na\u00a0casa dele, foi apresentado \u00e0\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Civil\u00a0durante o\u00a0flagrante.<\/p>\n
