O homem de 43 anos, registrou ocorr\u00eancia na delegacia de Barretos. Raz\u00e3o de ter sido humilhado por gerente de um supermercado, ap\u00f3s apresentar produto com vencimento.<\/p>\n

Na quarta-feira (15), o homem relatou na delegacia, estar fazendo compras em um supermercado da cidade, momento em que encontrou em uma prateleira um \u201ccanudinho de doce de leite\u201d com data de validade expedida no dia 8 de junho de 2022.<\/p>\n

Assim, indo at\u00e9 o caixa e informando sobre o produto, por\u00e9m o gerente passou a lhe ofender, dizendo que \u201co produto n\u00e3o era do supermercado\u201d. <\/em>Al\u00e9m disso, o gerente, tamb\u00e9m teria falado: \u201cO senhor havia parado de fazer isso e agora voltou a fazer\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Na delegacia o homem informou que havia muitas pessoas no local e se sentiu humilhado com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, ocasi\u00e3o em que compareceu ao plant\u00e3o policial para registro da ocorr\u00eancia. Ele foi orientado quanto ao prazo para o oferecimento de queixa-crime em face do autor\/investigado em ju\u00edzo por meio de advogado constitu\u00eddo.<\/p>\n
