Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de criadores confirmada pela Pol\u00edcia Ambiental detectou 21 p\u00e1ssaros que estavam mantidos irreguladamente em cativeiro na cidade de Barretos.<\/p>\n

A equipe realizou a vistoria em uma resid\u00eancia e encontrou 13 can\u00e1rios da terra, 5 coleirinhas papa capim e 3 cardeais. As aves estavam sem anilhas, caracterizando que o criadouro era irregular, n\u00e3o possuindo cadastro do \u00f3rg\u00e3o competente.<\/p>\n

Dessa forma, a infra\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental com penalidade de multa simples foi aplicada, recorrente ao valor de R$ 10.500,00 pela verifica\u00e7\u00e3o das aves em cativeiro sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do IBAMA.<\/p>\n

O propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel alegou ter capturado as aves na natureza. No enteando, elas estavam em condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas, soltas novamente em seu habitat.<\/p>\n
