A medida pretende reduzir o tempo de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o nas rodovias. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1500445&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1500445&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a Secretaria-Geral da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a principal inciativa de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital para o setor de transporte de cargas, incluindo caminhoneiros aut\u00f4nomos.<\/p>\n<p>O decreto de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o trata dos procedimentos de emiss\u00e3o, dispensa e encerramento do documento eletr\u00f4nico, al\u00e9m de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de penalidades.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO novo instrumento tamb\u00e9m co\u00edbe pr\u00e1ticas ilegais como a chamada carta-frete, esp\u00e9cie de forma de pagamento pelos servi\u00e7os de transporte de cargas que s\u00f3 poderia ser descontada em postos de combust\u00edveis credenciados.
